Before we went on our trip to Las Vegas, everyone told us that with a group of four girls we could get in free anywhere we went when it came to clubbing — that we would get free drinks and blah, blah, blah.
I didn’t believe it. I firmly believe in the concept that if something sounds too good to be true, it is. Plus I don’t go anywhere without a plan expecting to have a good time. I just think it pays to be prepared.
So I did some research and found Chris Hornak’s guest list service.
Chris makes it easy to navigate through a bunch of different clubs on and off the Las Vegas Strip — you just tell him the dates you’re in town, the places you want to go, and he’ll tell you when to arrive and what to expect!
All you do is go to his website here, fill in your name, phone number, email address, and the number of male and female guests in your party (including yourself). Once that’s taken care of, you design your ideal schedule based on the clubs available each day you’re there!
You can be on his guest list for one day club, nightclub, afterhours, and strip club each day, as long as you pick Hakkasan, Hyde, Voodoo, Ghostbar, Pure, XS, Tao, or LAX as your first nightclub. Our schedule included a nightclub each night we were there (Tryst, Hakkasan, and Marquee), plus a day at Tao Beach.
Within an hour I got a confirmation email from Chris with a detailed itinerary for our trip. It included details like which hotel the club was in, the type of music that plays, the number of free drinks / open bar information for ladies, and when to show up so you don’t waste your time standing in line.
Guys, you’ve got to admit that Las Vegas doesn’t take so kindly to men. Women have it easy, but Chris can get you into these places free of charge too.
Each day of your trip, Chris sends a confirmation email and a text to remind you where you’re going that night plus all the details listed in the itinerary. My only complaint is that on our final night at Marquee, even though we got a confirmation text, we weren’t on the guest list. If this happens to you, show the bouncer your texts/emails with Chris — they know him. Or at least ours did.
Chris wasn’t able to get us into XS the night Zedd would be there, so I just want to give a special shout out to Michelle G for making it happen. It was our first night in town, and seeing Zedd live while dancing barefoot in a pool and singing along was such a fun experience.
There are so many promoters out there — online, and out on the strip trying to fill up their club. Seek them out! They’d love to get you in there. But if there’s anything you should take away from this post, it’s this:
- When your promoter tells you to get there at a certain time, don’t be late!
- he guest list doesn’t close per se, but if you arrive late with the rest of the crowd you will be standing in a guest list line almost as long as general admission.
Hope this helps! Do you have any tips on how to navigate through Vegas night life? If so, I’d love to hear them in the comments below!
