Cadillac Ranch — Amarillo, Texas
I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Miss Melissa Hope over the years through various social media platforms, and today on my Instagram feed I saw her photo of this crazy place — Cadillac Ranch in Texas.
It’s a public art installation showing the evolution of the Cadillac, and I’ve decided I need to see it. They’re all nose down in the ground and painted in funky colors. I guess I’m making a trip to Texas sometime!
My dad owns a Taho Turquoise 1968 Mustang, so growing up I had a thing for vintage cars. For a while I was one of those girls who wanted a pink Cadillac. A pink 1958 Cadillac Coupe deVille to be exact.
I want to travel to so many places! Now that I have a real job and can take real vacation, I plan to go to all of the places I’ve ever dreamed about.
