I feel like every time I have a mimosa with plain orange juice as the mixer, I always taste the champagne (especially since it’s usually cheap champagne). So I bought some $5 Brut and instead I switched it up and got some pineapple orange juice — making sure that it’s 100% juice.
It was divine.
